Digital content may become available immediately after purchase. If immediate access is granted, you acknowledge you may lose certain statutory withdrawal rights where permitted by law.

Refunds, if offered, follow the policy displayed during checkout or within the course purchase confirmation. Where local law grants non-waivable rights, those rights prevail.

All course videos, PDFs, worksheets, images, patterns, templates, text, and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial learning.

• No reposting, rehosting, or public sharing of course materials.
• No reselling patterns or distributing templates as standalone products.
• You may share photos of your finished jewelry, but not the step-by-step instructional content.

You agree not to use the Services in a way that harms others, interferes with operations, or violates laws. We may restrict access if we reasonably believe your behavior creates risk or disrupts the community.

Jewelry making may involve sharp tools, heat, adhesives, chemicals, metal dust, and small parts that can be hazardous. You are responsible for choosing appropriate materials and following safety best practices.

• Keep tools and small components away from children and pets.
