1. Agreement & Scope

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”) and Cleanroute.click (“we”, “us”, “our”) regarding your use of our website and any handcraft jewelry courses, downloadable resources, live sessions, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services. You must ensure anyone using your device or account also complies with these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase courses. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must purchase and supervise your use of the Services.

You represent that your use of the Services complies with applicable laws and regulations, including consumer, intellectual property, and safety regulations where you live.

3. Accounts & Access

Some features may require creating an account or receiving access credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities occurring under your account.

You agree not to share, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your access to any course or member area. We may use technical measures to detect and prevent unauthorized sharing.

  • Keep your password unique and strong.
  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • Ensure your contact details remain accurate for receipts and course updates.

4. Payments, Taxes, Refunds

Prices are shown at checkout in the applicable currency. You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for purchases, including applicable taxes or transaction fees.

Digital content may become available immediately after purchase. If immediate access is granted, you acknowledge you may lose certain statutory withdrawal rights where permitted by law.

Refunds, if offered, follow the policy displayed during checkout or within the course purchase confirmation. Where local law grants non-waivable rights, those rights prevail.

Billing fairness note

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first so we can fix it quickly. Unresolved disputes may be escalated through your bank, but chargebacks can restrict future access.

5. Course Content & Intellectual Property

All course videos, PDFs, worksheets, images, patterns, templates, text, and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial learning.

  • No reposting, rehosting, or public sharing of course materials.
  • No reselling patterns or distributing templates as standalone products.
  • You may share photos of your finished jewelry, but not the step-by-step instructional content.

If you want to license content for workshops, teaching, or commercial production at scale, contact us to discuss permission and licensing options.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services in a way that harms others, interferes with operations, or violates laws. We may restrict access if we reasonably believe your behavior creates risk or disrupts the community.

Prohibited actions

  • Harassment, hate, threats, or doxxing.
  • Scraping or automated downloading of materials.
  • Reverse engineering or bypassing access controls.
  • Uploading malware or abusing forms.

Expected conduct

  • Respect creators, learners, and instructors.
  • Credit inspiration responsibly when sharing.
  • Keep discussions constructive and safe.
  • Report issues promptly.

Jewelry making may involve sharp tools, heat, adhesives, chemicals, metal dust, and small parts that can be hazardous. You are responsible for choosing appropriate materials and following safety best practices.

  • Use protective equipment (eye protection, masks, ventilation) where needed.
  • Keep tools and small components away from children and pets.
  • Follow manufacturer instructions for resins, glues, patinas, and coatings.

Some features may rely on third-party services (e.g., payment processors, video hosting, analytics). Their terms and privacy practices may apply when you interact with them.

We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or the way third parties process your data. Where required, we will provide reasonable disclosures and allow cookie preference management.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or create risk for others or for the integrity of the content.

Termination may result in loss of access to courses or community areas. Where applicable, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve issues, but we may act immediately for serious violations.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that courses will meet your exact expectations, that you will achieve specific results, or that all content will remain available indefinitely.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for claims relating to the Services will be limited to the amount you paid us for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the event.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, legal requirements, or operational practices. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

If changes materially affect your rights, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
